“Helping Children With Disabilities Reach New Heights”
About Us
Peak Potential is a volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to empowering children with physical disabilities through adaptive rock climbing. Since 2000, we have offered free indoor climbing programs at multiple locations across New Jersey, along with an outdoor program during the warmer months.
Our eight-week indoor program introduces kids to climbing in a supportive and encouraging environment, often giving them the chance to try something they never thought possible. Those who complete the program and wish to continue are welcome to join additional sessions or climb with us outdoors.
Fueled by community donations, Peak Potential remains free and open to children with physical disabilities. Join us in helping these incredible kids reach new heights.
Climb with Us
Peak Potential offers adaptive rock climbing for children with physical disabilities at locations across Northern and Central New Jersey. To get started, just submit an online application. All participants must meet basic eligibility to ensure a safe and supportive experience for everyone.
Get Involved
Peak Potential is a hands-on volunteer opportunity open to anyone, regardless of climbing experience. Our team includes students, professionals, and community members who help support children with physical disabilities as belayers and climbing coaches.
By volunteering, you become part of a community that empowers kids to build strength, confidence, and independence through climbing.
