Climb
Peak Potential now offers our adaptive climbing program for children with physical disabilities at different locations across Northern and Central NJ. To apply to our programs, all you have to do is submit an application packet. However, to ensure the safety of both our participants and our volunteers, enrollment candidates must first meet our general requirements.

General Requirements:
1. Have a physical disability
2. Be age 4 or older
3. Be of a minimum weight of 36 pounds
4. Be able to consistently follow given directions
If your child meets these basic requirements, you can submit an application packet to the following address:

2. Waiver form
3. A letter of medical clearance or prescription from your child’s doctor (Pediatrician, Orthopedist, Physiatrist, Neurologist, etc)
